When Ms. Gomez & Mr. Gallagher met, not only was it love at first sight, it was the beginning of a shared love for people, food, beverage, experiences and... boom! Couple of G’s Hospitality was born.

Mr. Gallagher has a decade of experience in hospitality & beverage working inside of Chicago’s most popular restaurants & bars like Au Cheval, The Way Down at Ace Hotel, and Blind Barber. Ms. Gomez started her career in experiences by working on music festivals & experiential events in Austin, Texas before making her way to Chicago & building a formal background in marketing & advertising at Havas and Nike.

We can go on about the amount of experience we have within hospitality spaces, but basically we know how to throw a party! Couple of G’s offers an array of hospitality services - such as cocktail curation, mobile bartending, and event production & consulting.
